We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange to return the items in an unused and resalable condition. Upon inspection of goods returned a refund will be processed within seven working days. Please note that in these cases we do not reimburse return postage costs. If you should choose an exchange a charge will be added for the re-delivery. This does not affect your consumer rights. In the unlikely event that you receive your goods damaged or faulty we will arrange a refund or replacement for you, and reimburse the cost of returning the item if we have requested it back.

Shipping within South Africa
Free domestic door-to-door delivery is offered on order values of R500.00 or more excluding VAT (South Africa only).
Orders are usually delivered within 48 – 96 hours from the date of dispatch. We do however endeavor to deliver your product as soon as possible
A surcharge fee of R100 courier will be applied to orders below R500.00 excluding VAT (South Africa only).
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and processed. A second confirmation email will be sent once your items have been paid for in full and dispatched, also contained in this email will be the nominated courier’s tracking number with which you can track your parcel online

You have control over the International Shipping Orders. As our customer, you have the option of selecting your own courier to arrange collection.
Please note that there could be additional duties to be paid once the parcel arrives in your country. Check with your government website for their clearance charges with regard to admin, duties, and taxes as this is different depending on the country.
